Welcome to KwickXpressJa. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
• KwickXpressJa provides shipping, delivery, and personal shopping services locally and internationally.
• By using our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions and any updates posted to our official platforms.
• We reserve the right to modify our services, fees, or terms without prior notice.
2. Shipping & Delivery
• We offer standard and express shipping via sea and air.
• Deliveries are door-to-door in selected areas of Clarendon, St. Catherine and Kingston.
• For customers outside these areas, packages are sent via Knutsford Express.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or third-party carriers.
3. Package Handling
• All packages must be clearly labeled with your full name and tracking number.
• KwickXpressJa reserves the right to inspect packages for safety, customs compliance, or verification.
• Packages not associated with a confirmed account or payment will not be processed.
4. Prohibited Items we do not accept or ship:
• Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
• Illegal drugs or drug-related items
• Perishable goods (unless pre-approved)
• Cash, hazardous materials, or stolen items
If prohibited items are found, they will be confiscated and reported to the authorities.
5. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and completing payment in full before delivery.
• KwickXpressJa will notify customers when their package is ready for delivery or dispatch.
• Packages must be claimed within 14 days of arrival or customer notification.
• If a package remains unclaimed after 14 days, KwickXpressJa reserves full ownership and the right to handle the package at our discretion — including reselling, donating, or discarding the item without further notice.
• No refunds, credits, or further claims will be accepted after this period.
6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
• All payments must be made before delivery or dispatch.
• We do not offer refunds once shipping has started.
• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, and only if shipping has not commenced.
• KwickXpressJa reserves the right to deny or delay service if payment is not received or confirmed.
7. Claims & Liability
• Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
• Claims must be supported by photos or evidence.
• KwickXpressJa is not liable for delays caused by customs, third-party couriers, or incorrect information provided by customers.
• The maximum claimable amount for lost or damaged packages is JMD $5,000, unless the customer purchased additional insurance.
8. Online Shopping Assistance
• We offer help with online shopping and ordering on your behalf.
• KwickXpressJa is not responsible for the quality, size, authenticity, or condition of items purchased for you.
• Once an item is purchased on your behalf, the order is non-refundable and final.
